You are eligible to enroll in Long Term Disability coverage at competitive group rates. This coverage provides a benefit equal to 60% of your monthly earnings to a maximum of $5,000 per month. Benefits begin on the 90th day of your disability and continue until Social Security retirement age or until you’re no longer disabled.
