The Low Vision plan costs less than the High plan but you may have higher out of pocket costs if purchasing frames or lenses.
High
The High Vision plan has higher contributions per paycheck but provides more comprehensive coverage for frames and lenses.
Please note that benefit frequency limitations apply to both plans.
