Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Watson Marlow offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through First Sun EAP so that employees and their qualified family members can have a place to seek counseling and help. Anything you discuss with them is kept confidential. The first eight (8) wellness visits are at no charge. Five (5) work life sessions are included at no charge which includes financial management, legal consultation, and elder and child care consultation.

A new global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is accessible to all employees and their dependents, offering services in their native language. This EAP provides 24/7 counseling, legal and financial assistance, up to six in-person or virtual counseling sessions, critical incident advice, online resources, and management support.
