What’s New in 2025?

The High Plan will now feature enhanced coinsurance for Basic Services.

The Current HDHP is being eliminated & two new HDHP plan options are taking its place. The Core Plan will remain the same.

Pay close attention as the rates for 2025 have been restructured based on only two salary ranges.

Any account balance up to $640 remaining at the end of 2024 will be rolled over for use in 2025, if you re-enroll in an FSA. For 2025, the IRS maximum rollover will increase to $660.

Employees with existing Optional Life coverage can increase their benefit by up to $50,000 during the open enrollment period, without needing to complete an Evidence of Insurability (EOI). Must not exceed the Guaranteed Issue (GI) limit.

A workplace benefit that provides confidential counseling and support services to help employees manage personal or work-related issues.

401(k)

The employee is eligible first of the month following date of hire. The default deferral is 6% of your regular earnings. All new hires and employees have the option to “opt out” of the 401(k) at any time.
